You represent that you have the right to upload and share all content you provide.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any inappropriate conduct. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting customer support.
BE4igo provides tools to help with end-of-life planning, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the documents or information stored in the App. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you store is correct and that you consult legal professionals when necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BE4igo is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BE4igo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which BE4igo operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
